Stella has a degree in literature and has served as the executive director of the Reykjavík International Literary Festival since 2011. She was part of the organizing team of the Icelandic Guest of Honour Project in Frankfurt 2011 and previously worked Forlagið as acquiring editor for six years before moving on to a role at Storytel Iceland. This spring she will take on a new role as senior agent for the newly founded Reykjavik Literary Agency.
