Helene Flood entered the book market like a whirlwind with her first novel, Therapeuten (The Therapist) in 2019. Flood studied psychology and works as a psychologist in Oslo, where she lives with her husband and children. The Therapist was named debut of the year at the Mauritz Hansen Crime Fiction Awards and the book’s publishing rights have been sold to some thirty countries. Flood’s second novel, Elskeren, was published earlier this year.
