Francesca has studied languages and literature in Iceland, Japan and the United Kingdom. After many years as a literary translator into Italian, she is now based in London and is a literary scout at Eccles Fisher Associates, where she focusses on international books, seeking out the very best for translation across the globe and onscreen adaptation.
