
Eva Magelund Kraprup is an acquiring editor of translated fiction at Gyldendal in Denmark. The main focus is on literary and upmarket fiction and classics. Gyldendal publishes a wide range of authors, from Natasha Brown, Rachel Cusk and Jonathan Franzen to Robert Galbraith, Abraham Verghese, Linn Ullmann and Édouard Louis. Recent acquisitions are Gaël Faye’s JACARANDA and Joan Didion’s NOTES TO JOHN. Of Icelandic authors Gyldendal publishes Friða Ísberg, Kristín Marja Baldursdóttir, Arnaldur Indriðason and Halldór Laxness.
