11:00Dina Nayeri fled her home country of Iran at a young age with her mother and brother. She has written movingly about her upbringing, her mother’s life, escape, waiting and adjustment. Dina will speak with RÚV reporter Birta Björnsdóttir about the women’s revolution in Iran that took place last year following the death of a young woman in police custody. As a result, riots broke out and hundreds of protests swept across the country.
