J\u00fal\u00eda has written and published numerous short stories, a micro-novella at Partus Press and was resident poet of the Reykjav\u00edk Pride festival in 2015. She had a memorable success with her first novel, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Drottningin \u00e1 Jup\u00edter <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(2018). In 2021, she published her second novel, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gu\u00f0 leitar a\u00f0 Sal\u00f3me<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, which will be brought to life on stage at Landn\u00e1mssetri\u00f0 in a performance in the spring of 2023.
